He’s not a bust, the coaching staff just refuses to play him over a washed Sam Hubbard.

Here's how the DL ranked in pass rush and snap count! I've been thinking this for a few weeks now and seeing the effort by Murphy. The dude has a motor on him and goes freaking hard! Why aren't the coaches playing him more he's better then Hubbard and the numbers are showing it, he's just not getting the snaps.
