I would be very hesitant to do that. He is 30 and signed though next year and NFL history of DE being effective/healthy after 30 is very limited. Last thing they need is a Bills/Von Miller cap situation with a high-priced QB and WR eating up 20% of the cap space.
But right so he is playing great and the only above average player on the defense and the defense would be downright ugly w/o him.
