You have to develop players as well, the previous staff could not do that.

Exactly why Lou Do is gonzo. We can't, I'm on repeat as usual, draft CBT and aee him regress. We can't draft Hill and not atleast use his athletic skills somewhere! We can't draft Murphy and hide him behind Hubbard. We can't keep drating these safeties and getting nothing in return. We cwnt dragt Ossai, Ced Johnson at edges and aee them on the sidelines. You have to use and get the best outta the players you have. Do we need mire talent, yes, but we had / have talent and iur defense totally sucked ass all year and I blame Lou. Lou is gone for that reason alone.

I do think Golden can make a difference. Pratt was good just a year or so ago. So was Wilson. So was Hill. So were others. Hell this defense was good key 15-16 months ago! What happened??
